• Cabinet for manual washing

With this system, the operator enters the cabinet wearing protective clothing and cleans the required parts with water using a hose or a high-pressure cleaning gun.

Automatic washing

Automatic washing systems are available in various designs:

Continuous washing system with moving conveyor belt

A widely used solution for high-speed production lines, where parts are transported through the tunnel on a conveyor belt. Washing cycles, water pressure and temperature are fully customised to meet customer requirements.

Tunnel with moving nozzle

Here, the workpiece remains stationary whilst the washing nozzles move along the tunnel. This solution is ideal for facilities with limited space.

Washing Tunnel with Oscillating Conveying System

Designed for high-volume cleaning within a restricted footprint, this system features a stationary tunnel equipped with fixed nozzles and an oscillating conveyor. Once parts enter the tunnel, the conveyor moves them precisely back and forth beneath the spray headers, ensuring deep and thorough surface coverage. At the end of the automated cycle, the cabin doors open for the clean parts to exit.
